Arriving at Stockholm Arlanda Airport
During the Arrival Days, we will have an Arrival Desk at Arlanda Airport from 09:00 to 20:00. The Arrival Desk is located outside the customs service in Terminal 5 and Terminal 2.
We will also offer a free shuttle service from Arlanda Airport to the Welcome Centre in Uppsala during these hours.
Arriving at the Welcome Center
We have a Welcome Center set up in Uppsala, in the Segerstedt Building, located at Dag Hammarskjölds väg 7.
The Welcome Center will be open during the Arrival Days 20 and 21 August, between 10:00 and 21:00.
Services at the Welcome Center include:
Uppsala University Housing Office for keys and contracts for most housing areas (only for students who have been offered housing through the Uppsala University Housing Office)
Welcome packages
Shuttle services to housing areas
Student account activation (requires formal ID, take your passport with you)
Temporary student ID
Staff from the Housing Office and the International Office, as well as student volunteers, will be on hand at the Welcome Center.
